Hi guys! I'm headed off for a folk and bluegrass festival today after work and won't be bac****il Monday at noon. I won't have internet access. It is at the Snowbird Ski Resort. I love it up there. I hope to get in a lot of exercise while I'm there. Here is what I did this morning, as I was in a rush: 40 minutes treadmill and ab workout. I hope you all get lots of exercise the next few days! I went to the gym last night and did: 30 min hill treadmill program and lifted arms. bench press: 3x12 (I think I've been writing this wrong all along..it's 3 complete sets at 12 reps each) Chest machine: 3x12 Adductor (thigh machine): 3x15 Abductor (outer thighs and hips):3x15 overhead pull:1x8 I did one but can't remember the name where you sit and pull the weight from the front: 3x12 Another where you sit and push down:3x15 Abs: 3x12 Back Machine:3x12 Jamie

Hi Lori !!! I have been doing that cardio glider exercise thing evey morning for the past two weeks! I think I can actualy see a little bicep muscle. My dog Sassy has been helping me she likes to sit and watch me make a fool of myself on that contraption. This morning I was super tired and every time I took a break she barked at me..... Can dogs tell time? Well have lots of fun at the Snowbird bluegrass festival... =)

I still hate exercise but am sticking with it. Friday I biked for 30 min. and will go to the gym for weight trainning after work--about 20 minutes. Saturday and Sunday both I'll swim laps for 30 to 45 minutes then reward myself with 10 min. in the spa tub. Feels so good! Sally

Good for you Sally! I swear that if you keep at the very consistent exercise schedule, you will start to enjoy it and your body will actually crave it! But, it took me about 3 months of 5 day a week exercise to get there. Now, I truly can't stand to miss! Keep up the great work!!!! Lori

Didn't get to the gym last night because we went out to dinner (NOT fun for me!) and went shopping..now that was more my style.. However I did do Richard Simmons Disco Sweat yesterday morning so I did get a chance to move my buns. I FINALLY did a workout tape.. I've been saying I would for weeks! Jamie I'm headed to the gym this morning. I usually don't go on Sat's. but I am today to make up for last night. UGH I am NOT a morning person!

Hey Lori..me again. Well I went to the gym yesterday and worked my buns off. I did a 35 min hill program and really turned it up... I didn't do the weights though..only the thigh machine innner and outer. Jamie
