Hi guys...I did make it to the gym last night, here is what I did, plus 65 minutes on the treadmill in 2 sessions for cardio.
Med Ball Over Head Side Bends
Med Ball Woodchop Squats
Floor Crunch Feet Up
Floor Crunch Knees In
Floor Kickout on Elbows
Elbow Raise Over S Ball
Reverse Curl With Dowel
Band Lateral Raise
Band Front Raise
Tricep Kickback on S Ball
Superman on S Ball
Front bend, back extension
Reverse Grip Lat. Pull down
One Leg, Leg Press (each leg)
Band Side Walk
Leg and Hip stretches
I drug myself into the gym this morning...it wasn't easy! I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, then I did:
S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl)
Ball Fly with Ring
Ball One Arm Press with Ring
Grab Ankle leg push down
Pec Fly Machine (No seat)
Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift
Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides
Tricep cable pushdowns
DB Bicep curl
Cable Upright Row
Cable Squat
I ache all over...when is my body going to get used to this stuff????

Nothing. I was so tired this morning did get to sleep until 2 am so 5 am workout wasn't going to happen. I will walk on my treadmill tonight for 30 min but that will be about it. I am lucky to be her at work right now. Hey I just found out yesterday that I can lift weights but I am really concerned about is my arms do you have any suggestions on the type of exercise to do? Hey, welcome to this board. I really love it here. I think because these folks really understand what it is like to have put up with society's prejudice against fat people and what a complete transformation it is to have weight loss surgery, change your eating and exercising patterns...wow.
