Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Hi everybody.
I had a pretty rough time dragging myself out of bed this morning, so I didn't make it to the gym until 5:30 am. Had to cut my workout a little short... I do not know what my problem is some days!
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then I focused on upper body weight lifting for the next 20 minutes.
What did you do to move your body today?

I have been trying to jump start my weightloss as I seem to be in a stall. So I did walking away the pds. and the pilates this morning. walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes this afternoon. And since it is rainy and gloomey outside. I will do it all again after supper.
I have days like that. where I just dont want to motivate. Sometimes I wake up wide awake and just try to make myself go back to sleep and cant. I hate that almost as bad as sleeping to long and feeling like crap. Have a good day. love marie
