Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

I walked an additional 2.5 miles last night after my weigh****chers meeting, because I lost no weight this week. Today, I made a quick morning trip to the gym and did 31 minutes on the treadmill, then 15 minutes tough ab work. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/235/199

Hi Lori, I mowed the grass in my front yard and my back yard. I also did four miles on my gazelle and two miles on my exercise bike. Take care, Diana
