Hello All, Yes its finally true and I even have a date I wish I could dance LOL, maybe soon. I haven't posted in a while, I am so sorry. October 24, wow it seem so close, maybe I am dreamin, No, I pinched and it almost hurt LOL. Thanks to all of you for soooooo much support. Now, I will need it more. Hugs and Blessings, Gail

Hey gail, how cool is that!!! October 24th!! I know it is an unbelievable feeling to get approved and have a date huh? After all the hoop jumping a person does, its amazing.. So congrates to you and dont stress out about anything.... You will do great and that date will be here before you know it.. Hugs Marge

It was almost a year ago that I called to make my first consultation with my WLS. And now here I am -- I've lost over 150 lbs. Congrats on your surgery date. This is so exciting! And trust me, a year from now you'll be dancing!

Congrats!!! That's great news - take the following month to prepare yourself, I did that and am glad I did!

How are you feeling??

THanks for asking Linda - I had a couple of rough days, couldn't stomach the protein drinks, or much of anything else. Jus****er. I'm doing creamed soups with milk now and doing much better. My nutritionist told me to drink some tomoato juice since I was so light headed to get some potasium and that helped tons. But tomorrow I start the pureed diet!!! I just keep telling myself just one more day, just one more day I have never looked forward to Cream of Wheat so much! Energy wise I'm doing pretty good - actually took a 15 minute walk today and felt pretty good afterwords. It's amazing, exactly one week after surgery I felt a big difference - still get tired but I figure I will for a while. Thanks again Linda
