2 days in a row, back on track with my early morning gym thing. Here is what I did today: 40 minutes on the treadmill Stability Ball Crunch w/weight S Ball Knee Bend S Ball Bridge S Ball Bridge Curl-In S Ball Oblique Twist S Ball Elbow Raise S Ball Pect. Fly w/ring S Ball Pullover S Ball Squat Stability Disk Bicep Curl Stability Disk Upright Row Tricep Dips Leg Curl Machine What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Hey Lori - I didn't go to Curves today. I've been running errands, and I'm having a crappy day and I just don't feel like being around other people.

Hi Lori, I'm back. We had a great time on Vegas. We got in real late last night. The hotel had a gym but I only used it once. We did do a lot of walking. Today I did 5 miles on my gazelle and three miles on my exercise bike. Gotta get back on track. (((hugs))) Diana
