Gym Is Open (Weekend)
It's been cold here, but I prefer it that way - maybe that will change once I lose the weight, since it's usually because I hate being hot and sweaty
I have been walking twice a day for about 15 minutes each - I'm trying to build up slowly, but the past few days I've been really tired, so I thought I shouldn't pu**** too far this early on. But the place I live has sidewalks everywhere and I haven't taken the same path at all - I just put on my pedometer and go!
The best part - my back is only a little sore. 22 pounds sure do make a difference!
