Gym Is Open (Friday)

I'm changing up my workout habits and working out after work instead of before work. Well, let me put it this way. If I am as consistent with going after work as I've been with early morning, then I will do this schedule...that is the key! Anyway, my plan for tonight is: 45 minutes treadmill Med Ball Over Head Side Bends Med Ball Woodchop Squats Floor Crunch Feet Up Floor Crunch Knees In Floor Kickout on Elbows Elbow Raise Over S Ball Reverse Curl With Dowel Band Lateral Raise Band Front Raise Tricep Kickback on S Ball Superman on S Ball Front bend, back extension Reverse Grip Lat. Pull down One Leg, Leg Press (each leg) Band Side Walk Leg and Hip stretches What did you do to move your body today? Lori

lori, no gym for me again today.. after yesterday my legs cant take anymore! I had problems getting myself up off the toilet today! Getting down was easy, just drop, but having to get up about killed me!! I think I over did it on my legs so today I will stretch a bit, but not do much else!! Amber

Hi Lori - I did Curves. Maybe go for a walk tonight too. Either that or vigorous sex -- does that count too?

Finally went back to water aerobics today! I had to pray myself out the door. Boy, most of the ladies in the class barely move anything but their mouths, no joke. Had to remind myself that it is none of my business more than once. Thanks for the continuing inspiration. Loris

Loris, I'm glad you went, but, I sure know what you mean about some ladies just go to water aerobics to chat. Drives me crazy too. I just try to concentrate of my workout. Good for you! Lori
