I am finally under 200 pounds--193--and so have lost over 200 pounds--205 to be exact. I think this has been the most exciting goal to make so far. I am now looking into plastic surgery--breast reduction, arm lift, and tummy tuck. This has been such a great surgery for me. Good luck to everyone else. Sally 398/193/170

hi sally. congrats on the success. you and i must have been posting at the same time. so i'll ask you - are you doing anything special to commemorate your weight loss goal at this point? just wondering. since i made my 200 lbs and don't want it to just go by unnoticed. thanks dorthe

Dear Dorthe, Really I haven't done anything special. I have started looking into breast reduction and an arm lift. I want to be at goal before the tummy tuck. If anything, I think I am more hesitant to buy clothes now as I get closer to goal (that was one thing I'd been using as a reward). I think my motivation is acutally a bit higher to exercise and eat right since in many ways the finish line is within view. Maybe still over a hill and around a few bends yet, but it is approaching! I did call a few friends to let them know. I don't give regular updates as many of my friends struggle with weight and I don't want to be unkind in my success. I did buy myself some new lace yarn--I knit lace shawls--to start a complex sampler shawl. In a brigh****ermelon/coral pink! Congradulations on your own success as well, Sally

Way to go Sally, Your weight loss is very much like mine. I think the 200 pound barrier is big both losing 200 and going under 200. I hope you feel as good as I do. The change in my life has been fantastic. Stay on target. John
