From SMO to overweight

Since surgery Nov. 15, 2005 I have gone from a BMI of over 66 to one of 28--from super morbid obese to "merely" overweight!  After a lifetime of obesity, this surgery has been the greatest thing for me.  I still work at it, but it has made the difference in effectiveness.   This has been great!
