I know everyone is different but I was just wondering how many bra sizes do women lose. I'm pretty large on top and would love to be smaller.

I am sure it all depends on how big you were before, genetics etc. lol and lets don't forget that every bra brand fits differently... with that I started out with a very tight 48HH and now wear a 40DD comfortably. Still have a bit to lose but seem to have lost the girls fast lol. Frankly I don't mind though. Heck of a lot nicer now that I am not having to work around them.

Hi there! I started at a 48DD and am now a 36D (alot of that D is skin that I tuck into the cup).  But that's ok because I can buy bras at Target in different colors (pink, beige, brown) and they are so pretty and lacy and with SKINNY straps that can show and still look good.   Good Luck

Even after I lost over 200 lbs. I was still in a J cup.  A breast reduction was my first plastic surgery. Sally

My bras and underware is what I change in the size the most. I started out wearing a 54 F and now wear a 42DD and it been only  10 1/2 months out. can't imagine what I will wear when I am down to goal ??????

I guess when I have my surgery I will go from a barely  B to two pingo balls on a bunge cord! I've always thought it was unfair that I had to be a big person without the big bassomms to go with it. Kim
