That's a recent development! I'm a pisces/aquarian Art Teacher , so organization has never been my thing, but losing a bunch of weight has made it more possible to get around to doing things I should have been doing all along-- my classroom and house look a whole lot better than they ever did. It's kinda like my whole self is on a diet.
The schedule is more or less dictated by when I get breaks at work. It'll get a lot fuzzier in the summer!

Breakfast: 1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
Snack #1: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
Snack #2: 1 small banana, 6 oz. Breyer's light yogurt [workout #1: yoga]
Lunch: Lean Cuisine thai-style chicken
Snack #3: Fage 2% yogurt, 1/4 c. Bob's Red Mill Muesli, ~1/2 c. fresh strawberries, ~1 oz. fresh blueberries
Snack #4: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 oz. honey ham, 1 slice low-fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 oz. pretzel snaps
[workout #2: 60 minutes of cardio]
Snack #5: medium apple
Dinner: ~5 oz. broiled steak, 2 oz. shrimp ****tail, 2 tbsp. ****tail sauce, ~ 2 c. leafy romaine, 2 tbsp. light salad dressing, 1/2 oz. crunchy rice noodles
Snack #6: small banana, 2 sugar-free fudgsicles
