Today the scale said 298 lbs. I haven't hit that number since 1991. The last time I did WW + exercise I couldn't break 304lbs.
Tip to anyone who needs it: the plateaus get easier when you accumulate experiences of losing again, and again, and again.

lost 126 lbs since November 10th and still dropping...Surgery Dec. 10th
