"Walk Away The Pounds" - any others??
I'm still pre-op but because it's so hard for me to get my butt in gear and get out and walk, (not to mention the cool/cold weather), my sis in law recommended that I get "Walk Away The Pounds." She says it's very simple and you get a walking kind of workout. There's no hard moves to memorize and no getting down on the floor.
I'm 402 lbs (BMI = 59.6) and this is a plus for me.
I went right to Amazon.com and ordered two of those videos.
Anybody know of any other good exercise DVD's for the super morbidly obese? I know I'm going to be building a collection as I go along.

i need a new pedometer 
Right now I'm on Atkins, and it's been working pretty well for me so far (this is only my 3rd week on the plan) I too need to work some excersice into my routine, but because of my bad back and bad knees (arthritis at 29 really sucks!!) I have trouble doing alot of workouts and once I'm on the ground it's almost impossible to get up. I would love to join in on a post encouraging each other. On the other board, we post what we've eaten for the day, and it really helps me to be accountable for what I eat during the day. I think it could work for excercise too!
