Random Thoughts & A Year In Review... 400 Pounds to 210 Pounds in 11 months....

Hey Guys,

   I just wanted to take a minute and thank all of you who have supported me through my amazing weight loss journey this past year. 12 months ago I was 400 pounds and couldnt move, today I have completed 2 triathlons and a full 26.2 mile marathon in under 5 hours. 2009 holds 5 Ironman triathlons.....
