Calm down.  Your body is catching up from major surgery!

Some things that I ate during this stage:

Pudding SF
refried beans
baked fish
tuna, tuna, tuna
thin shaved deli meats
cheeses
protein shakes
nsa applesauce, diced peaches, pears
weight control oatmeal made with skim milk
We weren't allowed any fresh fruits or veggies.  It all had to be canned.

It's not about the number of calories, but about making sure you get your alotted amount of protein and fluids in during the day.  For most people, the magic number is 60g protein and 60 oz of fluid.

Hopefully some other people will respond with other things that they ate

Erica,  10 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS IS GREAT!!!   You ARE doing everything right.  Everyone loses at different rates and dont compare yourself to anyone else.  Get in your protein and dont worry about the rest.  You will see.  PROMISE!

Have you tried a soft boiled egg or even a soft scrambled egg with a little melted cheese on top?
Or even hard boiled egg, and make yourself some egg salad.

If you are getting at least 600-800 calories in this stage you are doing pretty darn good.  But usually its a little less in this stage...closer to 500-600.  Dont fret.

Email me if you want to chat.

Its common to stall two weeks out. You'll lose weight, we swear!

I'd recommend trying refried beans, yogurt, soft eggs, cream of wheat or something similar, things like that. A lot of people like to mix ricotta and spaghetti sauce and melt it with mozzarella in the microwave (or bake it). Its like lasagna filling. I lived on avocado and cheese through my soft foods.
