Weekly Weigh In: Pre-, Post- and Non- ops welcome!
I'm home sick with a sinus infection secondary to a virus I caught from my daughter and I got weighed today at my PCP's office. Thanksgiving is going to be pretty normal, even thought it's only the three of us. I'm making turkey, gravy, stuffing, broccoli with cheese sauce, sweet potato casserole(sugar free caramel syrup instead of brown sugar), crescent rolls, sugar-free cranberry jello salad, and sugar free pumpkin cheesecake. I had a trial run at my work potluck last week and everything worked out fine. I ate turkey and just a bite or two of a few side dishes and a few bites of the sugar-free pumpkin cheesecake I brought. I was satisfied, but not overly full and enjoyed the lunch. I won't be having any stuffing or rolls, but I plan to have at least a bite of everything over the course of the day or the days of leftovers to come. :)

Not bad! I'm already prepared to be flat for next week's weigh-in or even gain a pound because of Thanksgiving weekend. I don't plan on watching what I eat and will be having stuffing, mashed potatoes, and some pumpkin pie. The difference is that unlike past years, it'll be a single day and then I'll be back to losing!
