Hi everyone, I went to see my surgeon yesterday and I have three things left.. EKG, sleep study and to see the nutritionist!! I am so excited that I am almost there. AND...... When I first started going to the DR. (July 19) I found out that I was 450! I was so upset so I decided to go on a diet while I was going through the WLS process to get my weight and BMI down. Well yesterday when I stepped on the scale it said.... 412!!!! I am so proud of myself. It must be the SF popsicle addiction. Everyone have a Nice Weekend! Kay

Wow, congrats on your weight loss! I am trying to loose a few (ok, more than a few!) before my surgery!! SF popsicle? Are those just regular sugar free popsicles? Maybe I should pick up some! ~Dannielle~

Thanks Danielle! I buy the variety pack from Super Wal-Mart for 2.50. Its "Popsicle" brand. It has origional orange, cherry and grape, creamsicles and fudgesicles. They also just have the big box of only popsicles. I cut out sugar so they really help with the sweet craving or at night when I just want to snack. Good Luck, kay

Hi Ruth! Do you think SF popsicles could do the trick "weight loss" for me too! I think I will hop on my and ride to Costco and load-up on Sugar-free popsicles. Maybe..just maybe...we can make-up a new diet craze. Now pay close attention to this one. You guys might want to write it down. Breakfast: orange popsicle , Lunch: grape popsicle, and dinner: Cherry popsicle. For the snack you have the freedom to pick and flavor you like!! Doesn't that sound ??? It sounds allot better than the Cabbage Soup Diet that I am going to be starting soon. Isn't it fun to yo-yo diet! up and down It's just what the insurance peoples want us to do right??? Do you think I have issues?? Virginia

You wanted a hunk of bread to go with your cabbage soup diet and I wanted a big hunk of cake to kill the cabbage taste. WOW, the things I tried.
