I'm here, I'm here I'm always late dang it!!!!! You would think I have such the busy life!!!! NOT. Well I was busy with being paged for work, so that took up most of my morning and I had a few emails to answer. Not much else planned for the day. Hubby ran down to the camper for a little while and the kids stayed overnight at friends and they are still not home Soooo, I'm home alone, relaxing!!!! Have a great day everyone. Here! Checking in from Miami where it is HOT and no signs of fall yet! I'm doing laundry and cleaning but it's ok FOOTBALL is on!!!!! I have done one very constructive thing today! I love cookbooks and I have a nice collection sitting all pretty on a shelf in my kitchen. It dawned on me today, that once I have surgery I will hardly use them (for a while anyway) so I might as well put them away and use that space for something else (like tubs of protein powder). So I made space for them in the cupboard part of my entertainment center and put them in there. I think it was a pretty good ! Now, I just have to wean myself off of the Food Network channel Hope you are all having a nice Sunday too! Much love, Carol V.

Hey Ruth!!!! Im here, just late... I went to the gym for the first time in my fat LIFE and OMG!!!!! I have more ailments coming out than going in lol.You can bet this one. Whoever invented the GYM wasnt FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS!!!!! It feels like my bones are sticking out of my body lol.Im here Sipele...
