1. describe your first crush. His name was Travis Easily... my childhood boyfriend. We grew up in the same neighborhood. I still have the 1st gift he won me at a skate party and our first date was a haunted house with my family. He was tall and skinny wanted to be a skateboarder or a baseball player. He screamed like a girl going through that haunted house... he clutched my arm so tight... it bruised for the next week! 2. what reality show would you be on and why then which one would you NOT be on and why I LOVE the Apprentice with Donald Trump, the competitions, the business savy, the reward... all worth it to me! You would never get me on Fear Factor or Survivor for the same reason.... BUGS! 3. what scares you the most? Death. Both my death and the death of those that I love and care for. 4. What is your most cherished item and why? Item would have to be pictures and momentos of times past. My husband, family, friends, and cats would be people or things I cherish most. 5. who do you admire most and why? I don't think I really have one person I admire most. I admire people for different reasons and no one is greater than the other. One quality I admire most and wish I had more of would be bravery.

1. My first cru**** was on a boy named Stanley. He was my best friends brother. He was tall, cool and had pretty light red hair. I would melt when he did tricks on his bike. We ended up dating for 5 years. 2. reality shows.. I would be on the biggest loser because I like the way they exercise and learn how to loose weight the healthy way. I would not be on survivor because thats a little too "nature" for me. 3. What scares me... That I will never be successful. For the past 5 years I have been depressed and gained a lot of weight. I stopped working and stop working towards my dreams. I am afraid that WLS will not work for me and I will continue to be here fat and unsuccessful. 4. My most cherished items.. My photos alblums. Its great to look back at memories. Memories are so important. 5. I admire my Dad most because he worked hard all his life, took care of me and my brothers. He was in the navy for 24 years then worked for the goverment after retiring. He went back to college when I was in high school and graduated. He is the most humble, smart and intelligent person I know. Great questions!! Kay

1. describe your first crush. It was on a boy named David Silverstein in the second grade... I was a fat child, and on a certain day when we got our school pictures back I thought I looked so ugly and he told me "no Kim you look so beautiful!!! You have such a pretty smile!!!" No boy ever told me that. I crushed on him all year!!!!! Funny how some things people say can be so pivotal, even to a little girl! I still think about that on a down day! 2. what reality show would you be on and why then which one would you NOT be on and why I'd love to be on the apprentice. I worked on wall street for 5 years and I love the 'dog eat dog' business world. I think I could actually get down to the final few players.... But you couldnt pay me to eat some boiled bull testicles on FEAR FACTOR 3. what scares you the most? Death 4. What is your most cherished item and why? My doll collection. Never played with too many dolls when I was a child, I was kinda grown. Now that I am an adult, some kinda way I live my missed childhood through them. 5. who do you admire most and why? Its no secret how much I love my daddy!!! But I'd have to include my dad and my grandpa too! I havent met a man yet that matched up halfway to them! They definitely raise the bar!

1. describe your first crush. Billy Burke...geeeze I still get goose pimples when I think of him.. 2. what reality show would you be on and why then which one would you NOT be on and why? Well first let me say I HATE reality shows! Secondly if I HAD to be on one I'd say Family Plots I watched that one sometimes. Which one would I NOT be on..the list is LONNNGG..starting with Dumba** Big Brother ( a big house for skinny girls to wear next to nothing and act like Ho's) Survivor(used to watch it, again skinny girls running around with hairy pits wondering who is gonna pose for Playboy after the show ends), Fear Factor (OMG this one is sooo stupid eat all kinds of gross **** and you MIGHT get 50,000 but you will DEFINITELY look like an A**), Growing up Gotti.....I don't think I need to say anymore about this one it kinda speaks for itself and I think it's the one I'd NEVER be on...well that one and all those stupid Bachelor ones. 3. what scares you the most? Something happening to my children. I worry about them constantly, we live in a sick world, my husband going back to Iraq, losing my parents. 4. What is your most cherished item and why? My children's baby books and my family photo albums. I like to look back and see what were doing and what I was feeling when I was pregnant. I know it's kind of lame but I wrote letters to my children while I was carrying them. I filled up all the pages of their books and then had to stick notes in the back. 5. who do you admire most and why? I think that would be my husbands grandmother. She is a very strong woman. She grew up dirty poor making her own butter and walking to school, married a coal miner's son and traveled all around with him in the Army. She raised two children with NO help and often drove cross country alone. She appreciates all that she has and has always strived to learn new things and experience life to the fullest! At 70 she was still climbing on her roof to sweep off the leaves and tending her garden and cutting all her grass. She has taught me quite a bit about life and how to look at things in a whole new light. BEST OF all she said that she doesn't care how much I weigh she loves every single pound and she wouldn't change a thing about me. That is something NO ONE in my family has ever said! She's my hero!!! Jamie

Hi Jamie, I love what you just said about reality shows. I agree whole heartedly. I wish they would get somebody on SURVIVOR or BIG BROTHER who used to be heavy..not just a "lightweight" but a SMO guy or gal. I don't think the rest of their team should know about their past..and then shock them with pictures....now that's a success story! I think that would do wonders for the "cause" of wls. Anyone wanna sign-up for a reality show?? Come on..it's for a good cause. Power to the people! Virginia

1. The first real crush I had was on a guy that was two years older than me when I was in the 7th grade. He was the most beautiful guy I had ever seen! Black hair and beautiful blue eyes, tall, braces! lol He didn't even know I was on the planet. He joined the navy and I heard from his cousin he got accepted into seals training. *Sigh* I still love a man in uniform! 2. I don'****ch too many of the reality shows. American Idol is my favorite though. I can sing and am actually good at it but too fat and too old now. Would just curl up and die if I had to be on fear factor. 3. I am scared to death of losing a child. But its funny someone said they were scared of bridges and mountain passes.. I live 70 miles from Memphis and when I have to go into the city, I freak if I am driving. I can't cross the Mississippi River bridge. I get tunnel vision and can't breath. Basically have a panic attack. 4. I don't know what my most prized material possession is.. I guess my books. I treasure them. They are my escape world. 5. There is so many different qualities I admire in different people but if I had to pick just one, it would be my cousin. She nearly lost her husband in a car crash. He has a head injury that caused him to be disabled for the rest of his life, then her daughter developed juvenile arthritis and was said she wouldn't walk, then her youngest son was two weeks old, developed RVS and died twice and was brought back. They told her he would have to stay in the house till he was four and couldn't be out in the public due to the risk of catching a bug. Then they still couldn't give her hope that he would make it to adulthood. The lower lobes of both lungs had died. All this and she never lost faith and never gave up hope. Her son is healthy as a horse now and is 10 years old. Her daughter is doing good on new drug therapies and her husband still has is injury but he functions really well. She is so amazing. I hope I would have half her strength in the face of such devistation.
