Not a super big change in the way I look (at least to me), but, the 106 lbs I've lost has made me feel great and I have went from a size 32 to a size 22/24...I'm making progress! Lori 384/278/170

You look great! We started at the same weight, but I have lost only 81 pounds. I don't mean that 81 pounds isn't a lot, I just mean that you have done a great job and have lost quite a few pounds more than I have. Keep up the good work! Brenda
