Yes, I am a happy camper, I FINALLY reached my 100 pound goal... 101 to be exact (this is 121 from my all-time high!) I had wanted to make it by Thanksgiving and a month ago I was within 5 pounds and then had a mysterious 14 pound gain... I have had to fight to get every pound of that pack off but I have done it! I have a LONG WAYS to go but I am feeling good about reaching my first weight goal. Doc Williams has lost 134 pounds (154 from his high). This is just amazing to me that we used to have 275 pounds more in our bed... not sure WHERE we put it!!!!!! HUGS Patti

A BIG thank you to all of you for your kind words... it feels so good to have met my first weight goal... I just decided that my next scale goal is to reach 150 pounds lost by Easter. For those of you who are pre-op... you are going to be on a wonderful journey but the honeymoon period of big weight loss doesn't last long... at 14 weeks out, it now just hard work and the pounds come off much slower than in the first couple of months. However, it is a tool. Unfortunately, I can eat anything I want now... nothing seems to make me sick so it comes down to portion control (I seem to be able to eat more than most post-ops), getting in a decent amount of low fat protein, drinking lots of water, and keeping my body moving. HUGS Patti
