Hello Everyone SOmetime this week, I believe that I start Puree, and I am sick of liquids truthfully...so I was wondering does anyone have any good recipes? Although, I admit that I am scared to try to eat puree, I still am willing to try. Thanks in advance to all that answer this post *smoochies* ~NEVER SURRENDER~ ~T

Hi I'm such a boring eater so I don't have any great recipes but I'll share with you what I ate on my puree stage... ~refried beans sprinkled w/ 2% cheese ~Dannon cab and sugar control yoguart ~pureed tuna w/ lil FF mayo ~pureed FF Hormel Turkey chili sprinkled w/ cheese ~Egg beaters. cooked very soft and chew well When my surgeon first put me on pureed foods, I was also afraid to try new foods. Sometimes I still get scared to try new things. Good luck Kay

T, Do you like cottage cheese? I ate (and still eat) a lot of fat free cottage cheese because it is so high in protein. Now I add chopped tomatoes to it and chives. I also made some great soups. I liked the homemade ones as opposed to the canned ones because then I could control the salt. I lived on pumpkin soup, tomato yogurt soup, black bean soup (fully pureed) and this really good chicken mushroom soup, that when pureed looks disgusting, but, really tastes great and is loaded with protein. Also, there is a very good WLS potato cheese soup. If you have any interest in these, let me know. Lori 384/245/168
