Remember, your goal weight should be something you can easily maintain while living the life you want to lead. I love that definition.
Here are my stats: 49 years old, 5'7" tall, 7.5 years out from RNY
- Highest Weight: 339
- Goal weight: 140
- Current weight: 137
I was 134 a few weeks ago, so I am up 3, but I am still under goal, so I will not sweat it. I have a bad back and knees, so I need to be as lean as possible. I do think about getting down to 130, but I can easily maintain this weight, so I am not sure I want to work hard to get lower. The struggle is real

Welcome Maria!
Sometimes it's easier to post on any of the forums and get support from many different people. My starting weight was close to yours, so I know what the future can hold for you. Life is so much better without all that weight to lug around.
As T said, either the RNY or VSG boards are fairly active. Don't be afraid to wander over there.
Welcome to OH and good luck on your journey.

That's exactly my problem! I am comfortable where I am now. I would ultimately like to lose 20ish more but I am happy with my current size. It's like I can't make myself push for those last few pounds.

The 25lbs is totally doable, go for it mute! As for me I keep putting myself in maintenance, which on 1 hand isn't a bad thing. I try to stay within the 1 to 3 pound range. Then on the other hand I'm just so close to reaching goal. Ugghh! My stats so far:
High weigh 366
Last week 176
This week 175
Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi.

Oh I hear ya on the maintenance thing. Its like I'm so comfortable right here, but know I can do more, then I go right back to being comfortable again! Ugghh!

Mute, 5 lbs a month is definitely doable. I am 14 months out and if I eat like I am supposed to I can still do 5 pounds or more a month. I just keep putting myself into maintenance like a fool. I know you can do it.
