finess: 4x a week- I'm upping my mpg a smudged on the treadmill though.
Im moving like a snail through quicksand through the 2-teens, but at least I'm moving. My actual weight is quite lower then the average, but the majority of the week was on the higher end.
Keep at it everyone!!

Made it to my revised goal. Working toward 145 which is my super stretch goal. We'll see. Bought my first pair of ridiculous workout pants this week.
215, not 2015.....lol that would have been a really bad week. lol
2015 still Good freaking lord. I'm eating well and moving. I know I will bust this plateau wide open...eventually. Trying hard to keep my head in the game. I am switching jobs at work. New things scare me, but I have to grow professionally as my as it scares me!
Oops, a day late in posting. Since I normally post Thursdays, well, yesterday my weight was 295, which was down 5 pounds. I hit my '15% weight loss' milestone at the Optifast program meetings, so I get my new little wristband next week -- just in time for a 2 week cruise, during which I hope I don't gain anything back!
I'm transitioning off the Optifast program into more 'real foods' now, too. Since I was eating a lot of real foods before, it's actually not all too much different. I just won't feel like I'm 'off program' when I eat fruit now!

I understand about the eating, it needs to stop. I'm surprised I lost weight.

I hear ya on the stress eating! I've been pretty good so far, but I took a walk down an aisle I probably should've avoided & bought some pie pops. There's only 3 in a package but it looked so good & of course I was hungry., & I never had them b4.
Why oh why did I bother grocery shopping while hungry, damn everything looks good & of course the thoughts of I hadn't had such & such**** cream) for this amount of time(since wls) etc starts kicking in & all I really wanted was some pork rinds in addition to a couple of other things. Well anyway I'm still bouncing around 1 to 2lbs while I trod my way thru the 170's. My stats so far:

Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi. ![]()
