At least I didn't gain weight this week, since I ate alot of candy and dessert all weekend. I'm back on track this week.
I am 39 years old, 40 is looming quickly, married to a great guy and I am over 300lbs and short...so needless to say I am not happy. I do suffer from PCOS and have a hard time losing weight. I lately have just given up...I know I should stay away from fried, foods, junk, pop but I am just not caring...I need help. My husband says he will help but if I get mad at him he backs off quickly and he just doesn't understand, since he is tall and athletic...I am just tired of feeling like crap and hiding out but need help...I thought this site would be great especially in finding others that go through somewhat of same struggles!!

Is this a support group that is in the Antelope Valley!!! I looks like you all keep each other on track!!!
Have you had a scope done to check for ulcers? I used to have nausea and vomiting when my stomach was empty. It turned out I had an ulcer. I was put on a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) and the ulcer healed.
Another thing that may cause nausea is dehydration. How much water are you taking in per day?

NSV: crying happy tears at how much easier it is to walk now

I knew after the large 7 lb loss last week this weigh in would be a bust. I'm surprised it's not more.

Well I guess I gotta start buckling down a little more, I've been on a mission to finish up some old food in the house & started with those old protein bars. I had to throw the last box out, my stomach just didn't like it. I forgot what a fresh bar tasted like lol. So even though everything went up, calories, carbs & protein, I still stayed in the 1 to 2 pound range. Guess I should've joined that all meat/critter challenge on the rny board. lol My stats so far:
High weight 366
Last week 180
This week 179
Next goal 150's & in the green of a healthy bmi.
