Next Goal - Onederland

Ugh.  It's my off week, so try as I might it's not unexpected.  My eating was fine, but I was having some serious carb cravings.  I used to think it was during my menstruating week that I had cravings, but I now realize (for me) it is actually when I'm ovulating.  (sorry if thats tmi!)

What else... Oh I hit a personal best yesterday on my fitbit - 29k steps!  I was part of a group that took some of our students on a college campus tour (walking almost all day & big campus), then my regular walking around my campus, then cardio at the gym, and then grocery shopping and running errands - it was a long day, and I was pooped at the end of it, but wow.

I was so proud of myself for being able to keep up with our guide and stay with the front of the group.  I was able to help pace students (come on everyone there is a lot to see!), go back and forth to wrangle up wayward members of our group, and I never needed breaks; whereas half of our students and the other chaperons kept sitting down at every opportunity.  I could never have handled that kind of trip a year and a half ago and it was a great feeling to be able to help out.

They really do suck. I go 10 to 11 days EVERY month with no loss. The good thing is I now know it's normal for me and doesn't bother me any longer. Hopefully yours is over soon.

Sounds exactly like mine except at 6 months I started what they refer to as my " Lifetime Diet"

Mine was quicker than that.
week 1: Day 1-2 clear liquid
             Day 3-7 full liquid
Week 2: soft foods
Week:3 pureed foods
week 4: all foods except salad and raw veggies

Salads after 6 weeks.

Edit: Wanted to add "all foods" is in theory. My Doc's manta is "Protein first, them veggies and then IF you have any room, fruit and then carbs" He never says no carbs, it is just at the end of the list.

Yes and no.  I'm going for a revision and the first step based on insurance guide lines was to remove the lapband.  Office forgot for a month to send in the preauth to insurance for approval, so everything is a little behind schedule.

I hate to think it is a common problem, but I suspect the offices are pretty busy and miss things in the juggle.

Hopefully you are back on track.

Sounds okay to me, except for the maintenance diet at four months.  As Gwen mentioned, you should only start on maintenance once you reach your goal.
