My babies
I was so happy to see a place where I could tell the world how much I love my "babies". We lost our 2nd cat two weeks before this past Christmas. We had him for 17 years. It was a terrible lost. We literally couldn't stand our house without him. My husband wasn't eating and I was crying all the time. We had to do something. We adopted two kittens who are brother and sister. It took two kittens because there was such huge paw prints for them to fill. They didn't replace him. They helped us adjust to our loss. The babies names are Boo (after the girl in Monster's Inc. movie) and Cotey. My daughter named him. They are the light of our life. We wait each day to see what episode will be on today of the Boo and Cotey Show. Their theme song is Wild Thing. They are so spoiled. They have to be held to go to sleep. Don't know how they would get used to something like that. As any cat owner knows--we adopted them only because they choose us. Life is only bearable with cats in it.
Hi Brenda,
I read your letter about your babies. I am so sorry for your loss of your 2nd cat. WE just went thru losing our Dear C.J. this pass Feb 14th. We had him for 12 yrs. We are to lost with out him and he lives on in our heart and thoughts. We now have 4 cats that we must take care of as this is what C.J. would have wanted us to do as he grew up with them. There is max who is 11 yrs old and Tiger who is 10 yrs old and Littlefoot who is 2 yrs old and Princess is 1 1/2 yrs old. They each have their own personalities and bring much love and joy to our lives. They do some funny things which we laugh at and we take pictures to remember some of these things. They are my babies. I love them dearly. I hope you receive as much love and enjoyment from the two you now have. Would love to hear from you if you would like to write me. Take care and God Bless you and yours. Love JoAnn
