Hi there! I have three wonderful kitties! The boy is Menyach. He is a 9 year old maine coon, which means he is big and fluffy and such a sweet heart. The oldest is Leibanzoft, who is kind of crazy, she is my roommates cat and is 16 but still as agile and hyper as when she was a kitten. The last is Trinity, who is 3 and was a stray kitten we found at about 5 weeks old out in the construction site near us. She is still a timid little thing when you first meet her, and then warms up to be such a needy loving cat. Her favorite thing in the whole wide world is my heating pad. This cat is such a heat-seaker that it is scary some times. I will be using the heating pad for my back and actually roll over to position it better, and she will have situated herself on it by the time I turn around. Crazy cat. But I love them all! Dulci

Hi Dulci! I never was a cat person but Molly has changed that forever! Aren't they amazing little creatures? I got Molly at a pet adoption fair at the local pet store and I think she just might be a bit siamese, if you please. Question: How did it work with cleaning the litter box post op? Did you have any trouble with the bending? Thanks and congrats on being a postie! Lauri

Hi Lauri, Cant rightly say how the cat box was, because thats my roommates job since I have asthma, but I can say bending after surgery was slightly painful in the beginning and I had lap rather than open. If you do not have anyone to change the cat box for you, you might want to possibly get one of the electric littermaids (which we had and was pretty good before it burned out after a few years) or putting the cat box on some table or stand so it is easy to reach. Since our house was built in 1906 after the San Francisco earthquake, it has like no closets where we could hide the cat box. So we have it under a table in the hall which is about a foot wide and 5 feet long. Something like that would be perfect to put a catbox on top of so the cats could get to it cause one thing you dont want to do is strain or pull something right out of surgery. Ducli

Dulci, For christmas my father-in-law bought us an electric blanket because I am now cold all the time. My kitty Mr. Spock loves it. It turns itself off after so many hours, when it cools down he comes running to find someone to turn it back on for him. We are just waiting for him to figure out the controls. He stretches out across the blanket trying to make as much warm contact as possible and crashes for hours. Cheryl
