Brag about your cats!!!

Cathy, I am glad that Belle is still purring away.It sounds like you are an irish gal with irish kitties all around you! Isnt`t that funny how cats snore? I used to live in an apt in the city, and I only had 3 cats too.It seems like when they are indoors with you , you get more of thier personalities.I love my outside cats, but they seem to be busy alot,stalking things and climbing trees, ect...I really don`t want anymore cats because It is hard to spoil them all and they get jealous of each other very easily.Dar

I have to laugh when Siobhan snores. It sounds so funny coming from a 6 lb cat. She was so tiny when she was little, she fit into the palm of my hand. Yep -- I'm of Irish descent and two of the cats have Irish names. Belle's name was Belle when I adopted her from the Humane, so I didn't want to change it on her. You should see dad with his cat. He couldn't carry a tune if you handed him one in a bucket. But he gathers Shivvy up in his arms, and at the top of his lungs, he sings "Rock-a-bye Baby", in about 5 different keys. The cat gazes adoringly into his face when he does this. It is all I can do not to shriek with laughter! Cathy

I have two cats sassy is a grey tabby she loves to cuddle and cloe is a calico she does not like to be held and wants to be petted all the time.I live on a farm and my cats are indoor/outdoor cats. I raised them on a bottle from the time they where 2 weeks old .They don't like other cats or strang people.I was told that if a cat brings you a rat or bird ect. they are trying to feed you usualy I tell them thank you I have already ate and they usualy will eat it.I laugh at them trying to catch the squirrel he wiil hang on the side of the tree and dare them to come after him then he will run up the tree and the cats will follow him he jumps from one tree to the other and loses them it is like a game of chase.

Pamela,I have never bottle fed any kittens befor ,It must have been really hard.I have so many cats that there are no squirrels near my house, too many jumpy cats looking for fun. Dar

Hi Darlilly It realy isn't that hard to bottle feed a kitten.They have the bottles and milk replacer at Wal-Mart the only thing hard about feeding a kitten on a bottle is how often you have to do it, every 2 to 3hours.I would do it allover again if I had to.I would love to have more cats but this two won't let them stay.My brother has a cat that comes over here and they jump on him and run him off.I fill so sorry for him because they had him de-clawed and he can't defend his self.I have tried every way I know to get them to except him .As I type this sassy and Harly are fittingin my londary room.I think they would kill a small kitten and they chase off all grown cats.

Pamela,I have the same problem with my cat creamy,If the other cats get near her , she runs off and they try to attack her.I once read that if you spray them all with the same perfume or wash them in the same shampoo on the same day , that they would all smell the same.It did work but I had to keep doing it over and over, for a month.Then they would only tolerate each other.Now everyone else is outside and creamy is inside alone.Dar

I have two cats Sassy(14) and Kiwi(5)they are two very spoiled boys.i have owned cats all my life but kiwi is the most loving cat i ever had.He loves to (kiss).He wakes me up at least twice everynight wanting to (butt heads) and kiss.Sassy sleeps on my dresser and Kiwi sleeps beside me.I cant remember the last time I went to the bathroom by myself.They both love to BURST threw the bathroom door.
