I am a Veterinary Technician and I managed a Humane Society for many years. Please reconsider your decision to breed your cat....Kittens are adorable but consider the thousands that are cute without a home in a shelter that are euthanised by people who care but have no homes or resources to care for them. PREVENT A LITTER SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR CRITTER....PLEASE.
Hi Kristal, I am in Elizabethtown and I say Go Girl! Don't let anyone tell u what to do. I am looking for a male also to breed to my white calico. I am keeping the kittens, momma, and daddy and having them all fixed later when the babies get old enough.
Good luck and Let me know how it goes

Just to let you guys know, I volunteer at a cat rescue, and we are overloaded with kittens. If you guys do plan to breed your female cats, please keep your promise and get them all spayed and neutered. I know you intend to, but do you have the money to get them all fixed? If not, a lot of places do low income spay/neuters, and our vet will do the surgery as soon as the kittens reach 2 pounds, which is usually about 10 weeks old. As long as you're responsible and do whats best for your pets, thats great. As an animal lover, I just want whats best for all kitty cats. Thanks,
Rhonda
