Male cats in the house

Do any of you keep your unfixed male cats in the house? If so how do you do it. I bought a male bengal and thought that once he was mature and started to spray we would build an outdoor cat house that was very nice for him and just bring him in to play. But now I have gotten so attached to him and he is so sweet I am having a hard time imagining putting him out. I have almost decided to get another cat to breed and just have him fixed. Any suggestions on what I can do? I was just wondering what others were doing with theres?

Did you get the cat to breed? Is that why you didn't have him fixed in the first place? You'd have a spraying problem with any male cat that wasn't fixed.I never really thought of that...how do breeders deal with that issue? Good question, though me, personally, I would never have a male cat that wasn't fixed. That smell just doesn't go away. I have 2 fixed male cats and one fixed female all of which are indoor cats.If you are going to get him fixed don't wait too long, it's harder on the cat and if he's been spraying for a while there's a possibility he may not stop after being fixed.Sorry I couldn't be of more help.Best of Luck!
