Now today I've been on the potty...who knows why.  I'll try again tomorrow...it still is better than a week of total tropical trots.

Lori, been eating these for the last year. Endo doctor nut turned them on to me for my RH she told me to make a jell in a small container for a weeks worth. Always keep the gel in the fridge and just spoon it out in my tea and power drinks. The trick to long term is to always have it ready made. She told me that the jell is better for the RH  then  just the seeds. I think different ways of eating it help different things. While this has helped with the RH it has not cured it. I also had to up my water intake while on these.

Some seeds, if you don't chew them up they kinda come out exactly the way they go in, iykwim... is that true for chia seeds, and if so do you think you get all the good benefits from them if you don't chew them?

(Does this question make sense?)

My pc has been down so I totally missed this.  I've bookmarked it for the great info.  I only take a tsp and it works for me.  If I do get some very loose stools, I'll add another spoonful or two, but chia seeds made my life oh so much better.  I was living with 10-15+ trips to the bathroom daily with loose, watery, explosive gas & diarrhea for 5+mo.  The last 5mo have been a dream.  I'm thinking of upping my seeds to see if I can bring up my HDL more!  I also sent this link to my sis who has reflux.  I'll be sending her up some seeds today!
