So, I'm home (hurray!). I forgot something at the hospital. Yup, my "toilet tongs." I will say they absolutely came in handy for me, and I am so frustrated that I left them there. Does anyone have any they might be able to loan me? I know this is an odd request...

Shhhh... Don't tell my husband but I got his BBQ tongs and wrapped them in TP and used those for a little while. And yes, I bought him a new pair but I told him I didn't know what happened to the old ones.

Ok, I have to ask...LOL I'm new and haven't seen a full explanation for the tongs yet and my curiousity has got the best of me. What on earth are tongs used for? Is there a website that explains such things? :)

I've never used them, or seen them for sale -- but, they are used as an extension of your arm to help reach & clean the dirty booty.

Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

Yup, and not just the booty (as I will say I've not yet had a bowel movement). My tummy is sore enough that bending forward enough for even my girly parts is a pain (no pun intended--okay, maybe a little intended).
