Yup it's called carbs but be careful, Lori B and I were crying the same thing last year and now have to watch our carbs big time due to weight gain.

LaShelle, I think you need to make up your mind. Within the last week or so, you were saying that you wanted to lose more and were worried that you wouldn't. Now you want it all to stop?

How about going with the flow and seeing where it lands you. You're already carbing it up. That's enough of a brake for the nonce.

Are you sure it was me worried I wouldn't lose more?  I'm pretty content where I am.   As for going with the flow, that's cool, but I would be devastated if I dropped below say 175-180 max.  I just don't want to lose too much, and it hasn't slowed down much. I thought by now the numbers on the scale would start to taper off, but they are still going down rapidly.

I never really watched carbs once I started solids, so I don't see how I could increase them much more because then I won't be able to get in the protein.

I imagine that you'll be able to control your weight without getting too skinny.   YOu can add in the right kind of carbs, and maybe take the enzyme that allows more of the protein to be digested, if you need to.

I know I'll never be tiny.   I've got all this visceral fat around my abdominal organs.   I don't think that will ever go away.   I an just cram myself into a pair of size 16 jeans.  Which makes me quite happy.

My poor husband has been worried about me losing too much weight for months!   He started asking me how I was going to stop losing weight when I was still 50 or 60 pounds from my goal weight.
