Sugar replacements?  Everyone's trigger foods are different.  Sugar replacements do it bad for me.

I agree, avoid foods that cause it in the first place. Also, sometimes, if it is real rumbly like it's going to be diarrhea, I will take immodium to settle it down. I find that taking Digestive Advantage everday works well for me. Doesn't work for everybody, but it helps me quite a bit. I also take a probiotic everyday to make sure everything is working properly.

When I know I'm going to be away from home for an extended period of time, I will plan ahead a couple of days and take devrom. At least 2 or 3 with each meal.

Okay...so I ate the damned donut.  And I'm gurgling.  So that reminded me that one of my "cures" for this situation is to try to "ram things through" with an orange and a couple of cups of coffee.  For some reason, it seems to help.  (I could be a placebo, too.  Who knows?)

If I pop 2 GasX Ultras when I first notice it, it'll sometimes help.

I've also found drinking hot peppermint tea is soothing to the tummy.  Peppermint oil is supposed to help.
