How much do you eat ~ Am I a freak?
I eat a lot as well - maybe not quite up to your standards though Kerry!! I would have had half the steak, 1 small roll with lots of butter, a bit of salas and a bite of potato. Could have eaten some dessert 45 mins later as well. Probably would eat more steak that night as a snack.
As for breakfast, I usually just have 2-3 coffees with whipping cream and a protein shake. Sometimes I have toast or cheese and crackers with it.

I'm in awe of your freakishness! Some days I can eat like that...well, not quite like that, but close. I still fill up on protein before I try sides like salad and taters and nix the bread. Rarely do I eat desserts unless it is sf pudding or occasional ice cream. But to eat a full dinner and then a huge breakfast? Nope...not in this new DS life of mine. It's funny how some days you feel like a garbage disposal and other days you can barely stomach food.
I don't know what it is but I eat wayyyy more than I thought I'd be able to. I think its the metabolism or the fact that things just go thru us faster or something but I can eat like there is no tomorrow :P Good thing is I still lose weight. Someone told me the more you eat the more you lose and I found it to be true. Just make sure to eat DS friendly.

I am so glad you posted this.
Almost always for breakfast these days I have chopped ham friend in some melted butter on the stove, 2 eggs, and tons of melted cheese and about 4 cups of coffee with heavy whipping cream.
I am alarmed with how much I can eat too.
I worry that I'll gain weight back.
Almost any carbs KILL me intestinally and gas wise. AND: If I eat too much the gas bothers me too.
I fluctuate between 149 and 154 pounds now and stay there. I try to walk on the treadmill at least 3 x weekly at Anytime Fitness at 3.8 mph and 6 or 7 incline burning from 300-500 calories per exercise time.
I have great anxiety about regain. It bothers me a great deal. I realize that I am out of my "weigh loss" window, and into maintaining.
Funny, I always thought I'd be happy if I coudl just get to about 170 and stay there. NOW: I am going to FREAK out if I get passed 155 pounds. :(

I ordered dinner at a resturant this week. Pan grilled fish and fries. I took an hour and ate about 1/3 of the fries and most of the fish.
Anyone else out there at 2 years or so like me?
