fitday says just about 50 grams of carbs so I guess thats not too bad.

feeling crappier than ever.... somethings not right.  Having 3 month labs drawn
in 9 hours so no vites at all today and now Im fasting.

Today, at exactly 3 weeks post op I'm actually hungry and find myself able to eat more than just a bite or two....maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel... or maybe today is just a freak day!   :>)

B - 1 fried egg in butter
S - 12 mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, macadamias)
L - 2 slices lebanon bologna
S - 12 mixed nuts
D - 5 slices hard salami and 5 bites green bean casserole (eaten over 1 hr)

Fluids - 78 oz - I'm in love with hot chamomile tea right now

Vites - Done

Hi!

B - 2 eggs scrambled with zucchini, mushrooms and cheese. 3 slices bacon. 1 slice Julian toast with carb-free apricot jam. Coffee w/cream.

L - Several slices jerky and 2 cheese sticks.

S - Macadamia nuts

D - Baked chicken thighs with a cream cheese sauce. Swiss chard. Carbsmart chocolate almond ice cream bar.

S - Don't know yet.

On schedule with vites. Just 2 more batches to go.

Tomorrow I plan on increasing my carbs for the day. Carb up day!

Yes, every couple of weeks. I have also been reading a bit about carb cycling. If/when I get into a stall, I'm thinking of trying that too to see what happens.

Hello friends!! 
Had a crappy past few days, my ho****er heater decided to go out on Christmas Eve, got it relit only to have it go out the next night when I was dying my hair. This was the most frusterating and comical series of events... I had to try to wash Red hair color out of my hair in the coldes****er EVER!! Well the plumbing company is coming tomorrow to look at it. Hopefully it is a quick and in expensive fix. :) 


Bites:

B - Hard-boiled egg and 2 slices fried Queso Fresco Cheese
BIG NAP...haha!
S- 6 Nut Thins with Cream Cheese 1 1/2 c Milk
L - 8 oz steak and 1/2 c peas (over the course of an hour)
S- 1 1/2 C Milk
D- 1 slice low carb bread, Ham, Mayo and pickle

I have eaten 9 bites of chocolate in the last 3 days, I am giving them to my friends kids tomorrow since I cannot resist them. Honestly, I don't even like them, they taste too grainy sweet but apparently they are ADDICTIVE!!!  UGH! The good news is that is only 23 carbs for the 3 servings... still not something I want to continue.

Carbs 121 (Milk and Chocolate were not my friend...)

Vites: All in except Bed time
Excercites: Went on a walk today
