I make up the whole tub and the sizes of the tubs vary.  But for a 16 oz tub I put a couple of spoon fulls.  I've been trying to use a little less because even tho it is SF there are still carbs in it.  I pour a LOT of splenda in it, but that is just because I like it REALLY sweet.

I would just put a little of each,mix it up and taste it and then adjust based on what you prefer.

Can you find the whole fat Fage?  That's my fav but I can't find it here.

You can also get SF preserves in the Wal-mart generic brand.

Hope this helps.  This is one of my favorite snacks.

Thanks, Becky. Weird.....I posted a response earlier and it just disappeared. Anyway, I eat 2% Fage and can get it at Walmart. Sometimes the health food store has the full fat. I'll look tomorrow since I need to pick up some protein powder. I already have the preserves, so I can't wait to try something a little different.

And both the Wal-marts near me only carry the itty bitty Fage.  You'd think Wal-mart would be more consistent.

Another busy day...

B - Coffee with cream, cottage cheese and yogurt

S - Venti latte

L - Red peppers, dip, pepperoni, shrimp, cheese

S - Small box of raisins

D - Beef Chalupa, some nachos 

S - Something but not sure what

My ferritin is also low, between 4 and 6 for the last year.  I'm taking Proferrin twice daily.  My hematologist doesn't want to do infusions since I'm not anemic and the risks involved.  I have tried Vitalady's tender iron and that still causes problems.  Not sure but I'm thinking I'll have to find another doctor.

I wonder if just a little of the Tender carbonyl would help? I've been taking 300mg and only 1 Proferrin. Maybe 2 carbonyl capsules and 2 Proferrin. I sure understand wanting to get another opinion about the infusions though.

Hey Peeps!  Trying to get back into the habit of tracking.  The amount of food that I can eat now as opposed to the beginning is concerning me.  Anywho...

B1 - 1/2 of bacon egg and cheese croissant (3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs and slice of cheese on 1/2 croissant****d coffee w/half and half
B2 - another 3 slices of bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese on 2nd half of croissant
S1 - cashews and raisins
L1 - 2 cheese sticks, greek yogurt
L2 - 6 in tuna sub from Subway, extra swiss cheese, minus bottom half of bread, about 5 doritos
S2 - a handful of cashews
D - not sure yet, going out.  Looked at the menu and I think I'll have a goat cheese salad and grilled shrimp :-)

Fluids: check
Vits: all except last batch
Exercise: non -- I'm in the middle of a proposal at work. ugh.

Gina -- does this look like Im eating too much?  I may need to back up on the carbs...

Might I add, my weight hovers around 168, give or take a few pounds either way.  I find that Im most comfortable at about 163-165.  I'm 5'9.

Hey Gina and gang! Still sick, had to come to work today and still here going on 11 hours. I need to be home in bed but....... Been CRAZY at work today. Been doing so well with my food. did well ALL DAY. then they had a going away party for one of our co-workers and I stayed away all day from the NO NO Foods until JUST NOW.... SEE BELOW!

D-will be Chicken wings 20g sunchips too. 3g

All vites in except evening and bedtime
Exercise at work on  all day. My fingers are sore!
