I use what comes in the large bags.  I think that would be the granulated.  I use it for the cookies and for Greek Yogurt and for fried cheese so I always have a bag on hand.

Do you truly NEED the parchement paper?

I had to buy it as I've never used it.  It works, so I hate to try it without it. I did not spry it.  Plus it saves scrubbing the pan and I'm lazy.

I just started making Brok's pizza a few months ago too. Why did I wait so long....I have no idea, but now I almost always have a few slices of some variation sitting around. Great to grab for a snack or a quick lunch instead of the carbs I usually go for.
 Best Wishes,

Becky,
I saw the flourless pizza a few weeks ago and I am dying to make it. "so the crust is basically eggs" ?

No, the crust is eggs and cheese.  12 oz of cheese and 3 eggs.

I'm over 3 years out and just made Broks pizza for the first time last week too!

Sigh. If I have to do more than microwave something, I just don't do it.

You can bet I'm making this pizza again.

I haven't tried this yet but I'm stopping at the store tomorrow to buy the cheese and pizza sauce!
