Diagnosis codes for labs please

Some insurance companies might consider it to be fraud; some might not.  If they can prove that someone used a less than accurate code specifically for the purpose of getting something paid, it could get ugly.  I don't know how they could prove it, I'm just saying to be very careful about it.

780.79 unspecifed mailaise and fatigue - is used VERY often, cause really...who isn't tired, and it is a code that pays well too. 285.9 unspecified anemia is also used often

There are so many of them and depending on your insurance depends on how they will pay.
