You can use it to search different surgery types, outcomes, etc. published in a variety of medical journals. Good to have to cite to when/if you have to appeal.

Thank you everyone for the info. I had my 4 month appt today. I told the receptionist that I really wanted DS over RNY and she said that I had to contact my insurance company and find out if there is a stipulation with the insurance company that says that you have to have a BMI of at least 50. Other then that she said that if it is covered by the insurance company, I may have to go back and see the nutritionist again. To go over everthing for that surgery since we went over everything for RNY already. Wish me luck I really really want DS.
