So now I have in black and white why I am healthier than I have EVER been.  Thank you Michelle.  And thank you to all the vitamin gurus on OH (especially Major Mom) who have helped me SO much over the last 19 months.

To newbies:  I write my own lab slip and get my pcp to sign it. Above is only part of the labs I get.  I get VitaLady's whole list done.  I send copies to my surgeon and my pcp who have never had any advice for me that made sense.  I get my advice about what to do right here on OH.  As you can see by my labs I have not been led wrong.

I love her because of the plastic flower that comes in the box.

(little joke there)

Awesome labs, Becky. My B6 was high and started coming down once I went to once a week on the B-complex. I do supplement B1 separately every day to keep it up though. I think you might want to take your B12 5 days a week instead of just 3 times a week. Keep up the great work.

Awww.  I'm all proud and everything.  I wish there was a lab that showed that I drink 100 ounces of water (or more) every day!!!

But really, these labs are because of VitaLady and you.  THANK YOU.

Thank YOU for supporting me!

Your kidney labs show your water intake! ATTA GIRL!

You taking milk thistle already?

No milk thistle.  I know Gina takes it but I don't know what it is for.  Or how much to take.

Milk thistle for those pesky liver enzymes. Most of us start with "two" and go from there.

It's often shown in two different measures. Standardized or just milk thistle. LOL I know I have a case in the belly of my rv, but I'm not digging them out just now

That is great.  I hope my pcp will be that good...would love to write my own lab slip after surgery!!

You have to find a way.  You have to get all the labs you need and if your surgeon or pcp won't order them then you have to find someone who will.

It isn't negotiable.  You learn real fast to be a self-advocate once you have this surgery.  Or you get real sick pretty fast.

I just ordered vaccinations for my DOG.  My vet didn't have the vaccination I wanted my pup to have and wouldn't order it because you can only get in in CASES of 25 doses.  So I ordered the case and sold the vaccinations I don't need to a rescue.

My DS has taught me how to be creative and get done what I need done.  A side-effect I did not expect.

Does anyone have a spreadsheet that I can give to my doctor for the proper blood tests. Michelle said someone would have a complete list because I am not sure I am getting the right tests.
