Getting impatient!

I recieved my approval on the 2nd of July.  I called the office today because I have still not recieved a call for a surgery appt and they said they were still getting the packet together..  Really it takes this long.  Just thought I would be starting my 2 week diet by now and I still don't even have an appt.  errr.  Just getting impatient. 

I am feeling the SAME way today!  I am just waiting to hear on my official surgery date and so far no news.  I called today and was told they're waiting for clearance from the hospital to schedule the surgery hours or something...ugh, don't they know how IMPORTANT that one little date is to us?  I hope you hear back soon!

 Be patient... last time I was in the bari center I noticed a lot of new faces. Some of the 'best' office staff (imo) are no longer there. Oh, and once they got my approval and sent me my packet, surgery was about 3 weeks away. I'm not sure how far out they are scheduling right now. 

I know.  I like Jamie alot.  I hope she is still there.  She has always been polite and helpful.  There is one person I have talked to that I am not impressed with.  At all.  Kinda rude and why are you calling again attitude.  I guess I am waiting on Karen to review the packet then it will be sent to the scheduling department..  I just don't understand why if they just put the packet together on the 28th of June to send to the insurance compnay why it needs to be reviewed again, by the same person that put it together..  IDK. 

Jamie was there last week and busy, busy, busy.  I noticed a lot of different people last week as well.  Hope you get your date soon.  Good luck!!  Melissa
