12 YEARS!!!

Yesterday, 12/12, was my 12 year surgiversary.......... I am truly beyond grateful for this surgery. On my surgery date I was 279ish, today I am about 163-165. I've had a little bounce back, but am stable. I am grateful for OH and this forum. I came here after briefly hearing about DS and gained so much valuable, real life information. I had the absolute best surgeon in Dennis Smith, Marietta, GA. With the exception of anemia, for which I've received iron infusions, I have perfect labs each year. I indulge sometimes more than I should, but my DS helps me get back on track fast....... I tell people all the time that I would mortgage my house or find the money anyway I could to have this done if that would have been the case.
