Carbonyl Iron? Other choices for D.S patients?

Is there another form of iron besides carbonyl iron that works for D.S patients? I used to take the one through Vita lady, but all I can find now is the one that has vitamin C mixed with it. I dont want to over do it on the vitamin C while trying to get enough Iron. I used to take five 60 mg capsules a day.
