My decision re: Gary
Based on my morning phone call with Gary (see "Update on Gary and me" thread, above), I believe he's been on vacation until yesterday, didn't realize that there was no Internet service at the hotel they'd reserved, and had very spotty phone reception. I don't know how long he's been on vacation, and he told me there were 60+ (?) emails waiting for him upon his return.
So he's back, and he's going through stuff.
As for the rest, the proof is in the pudding and I'm reserving ultimate judgement to see if he can deliver (NOT an approval, mind you, but the kind of appeal support he offers in his agreement with clients).
Fair's fair. I want to like and respect the man's work -- but he's got to earn it.

You got my attention, monitoring closely.
I had a recent talk with the people in the appeals department about my" not in appeal yet folder under review by the union demand" because i wanted to have them define the vague rules of cpt 157, and i ended up coaching them and having them go ask my questions of others ,ended up in a conference call, not a confrontation but clearly expressed my intent to comply with what ever they dictate, but do it now clearly, see another doctor, got the ref for monday, see a behavior modifiyer got a referal monday, excersise, got a consult with a orhorpedic to cancel that one. made them lay it out and i promised to spend thier money and take time off from verizon to thier specs, no problem.
