I wish I was as smart as you!!!!  I've been MIA but trying to reconnect with OH.  Yours and my anniversary are coming up.  No complaints here.  I'm so lucky.  Nothing bothers me most of the time.  I've been at 22 bmi for quite a while now so I'm happy about that.  I sure do look like a Shar Pei dog though with no clothes on.  I've started Pilates and exercising more but loose skin is loose skin I think!!  Dar

OMG,  I just bought a low cut leopard skin blouse yesterday.  In 2 months I'll be 61,  ugh.  I'll wear it around the house for my dh but I do love it.  Should have done this years ago.

Wow Kerry,  you got a boat load of good ideas from everyone.  I especially like the one about giving her a foot rub.  If anything was going to get me to talk,  that would be it.

My DH loves that I lost the weight but just yesterday he said I eat like a horse.  WHAT?!  I was hurt and found it insulting.  I think he is a little jealous that I can eat like I do and not gain weight.  That being said,  I eat nowhere near like I use to and my choices are so much smarter. 
I'm betting she feels a little left out of the"new you".  Good Lord Kerry, I've never seen anyone embrace life like you do!! 

Foot rubs and 10-20 minutes of just talking about you and her a day could be just the ticket.

Hi PP!  thought I'd post cuz I was kinda good today.  Had Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/2 & 1/2 ,  about 18 complex carbs,  Taco for lunch,  maybe 12 carbs,  curry for dinner, maybe 20.  so I'm up to 50 and I'll have a protein drink before bedtime so I'm up to 55 carbs.  Not too bad cuz I KNOW BAD!!!

Hi Ami,  I buy my premade shakes at costco.  They are called Premier Nutrition.  30 G. of protein and 5 G. of carbs.  I like the chocolate the best.  They come in choc. and vanilla.  Good luck on your search.   Darlene

I feel your pain.  I spent countless days trying to get insurance coordinators with different docs to MOVE.  But it didn't happen quick enough for me so I went out of the country.  I wanted my DS now too.  Good luck  and remember the squeaky wheel gets the oil.  darlene
