I've done this a few times and it's always fell off the wayside but not by my doing. I'd like a penpal or several.
I'm one week post-op and I keep a website of my daily progress and other stuff. Things about WLS. I'm also an avid gamer. I'm 29 and live in NC.
I don't mind communicating via snail mail, email, text etc.
We can talk about anything I'm very laid back and do have a quirky sense of humor somtimes. Can be a huge geek but those are the cards :)

Topic: Middle Aged Male needs occational kick in rear by same!
43 yr old male, almost 11 months Post Op....I live over an hour from the nearest support meeting, just looking for an male email/penpal....just want to be accountable to someone and vent! Seeing old habits creeping back and Im down 132 lbs!

Wanting a penpal from London area that has or going to go to the Guelph hospital. Either had the surgery already or waiting or in the starting process like me. It would be nice to talk to someone about it. I have no support from home or family and would just like someone to connect to.
