Liza, thanks for posting to me! I saw your support group note on the rny forum but didn't have time to reply there.

I am part time in Naples - not seasonal, but come down as often was the work schedule allows. I will be there in late June and much of July. I can telecommute at various times which works well for FL.

I did attend a support group run by Dr Bass last summer. It is not an open group, but I got in because I may be shifting over to his practice. He is at the Physicians Regional Hospital I believe.

Do you have a gym you like in Naples?

Where did you have your surgery? How far out are you? I am 22 minths out and down 105 lbs at my lowest. I have regained about 5 which is driving me nits. In fact I am headed to the gym right now!

Hi ya! I'm in Naples, FL.  Had my rny wls almost 10 years ago.  I lost about 157lbs and have gained back about 50lbs.  Mostly due to my own behaviors.  I've decided to get back to basics and am feeling very good about getting back on this journey.  I don't see my gain as a failure, just as a lesson.  I will get to where I need to be, especially getting back to coming to these boards and getting the support I need.

That being said, I'm looking for a support group here in Naples, and if there isn't any I'll start one.  I did it before in Connecticut and we had over 150 members, so I'm willing to start over again.
